How to Share Skin Again With a 5th Grade Class

Dear Parents & Students,

If you'd like to get to know a footling more about me, hither are my answers to the survey questions:

i. My first and concluding proper noun is Jennifer Caputo.

2.  I go by Mrs. Caputo in school.

iii.When I read for enjoyment, I like to read stories that have positive messages and make me shift my mode of thinking. I don't have a favorite genre, I find enjoyment in them all.  I tend to gravitate toward historical and realistic fiction.

four. If I'm physically active, I'm normally in a yoga class, walking, or working in the yard. I'd like to hop on my bike more. I love existence outdoors.

v. My favorite game is Boggle.

6.  My favorite sport to picket is baseball. My favorite sport to play is softball.

7.  If I had $100, I would spend it on print and audio books and a funky pair of shoes!

8. When I have some actress time, I like to read, cook, bake, take pictures, entertain, visit with friends and family, and get crafty.

9. I salvage stress by staying agile through yoga, meditation, walking, and talking with friends and family. Getting still is what I notice best relieves my stress.

x. My favorite hobby is photography.

eleven. If I could travel anywhere, I would go to Northern Republic of ireland where much of my family lives.  I Fifty-O-V-E information technology there <iii .  I went to visit again (5th time) in the summer of 2016 with my family!

12. Ane of my greatest qualities is taking the time to understand people.

thirteen. I worry also much about other people.

14. I'1000 good at making people feel good.

15. I know a lot about books, what instructional methods work best for kids, and how to stay good for you.

xvi. My favorite subjects in school were English, Castilian, and PE.

17. I love my family and everything each day brings my style. I see every niggling matter every bit a gift, a message, and/or a lesson.

18. Someday, I would like to drive beyond our country and visit all 50 states. I've recently discovered a train trip across the U.S., which is a overnice compromise since Mr. Caputo would rather not brand the drive ;)

19. I learn best in schoolhouse when I can utilise all my senses.  I demand to lookout, listen, do, motility, and talk most what I'one thousand learning. I demand time to procedure new data.

20. A good matter my instructor could practice for me is have patience as I process the mew cloth.

21.My favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz .

22. My favorite TV shows are Jeopardy, Bicycle of Fortune,Fixer Upper, and Property Brothers. Check out my daughter Brady and me with Drew and Jonathan ;)They are as nice in person as they are on Telly...(and as cute!)

23. Besides making sure all the needs of my students are met, one affair that's really important to me is taking intendance of, and appreciating, the world and the people around me.

24.  I don't believe in accidents.  I believe everything happens for a reason.

Supplies for Mrs. Caputo & Ms. Garagliano's Course

This list covers supplies for both teachers.

Please only purchase the number of supplies on this list:

• one manifestly white t-shirt (Shirts will be used for birthday celebrations and so please call back ahead if your child celebrates their birthday in June, you may want a larger size.)

• 1- 2" binder

• 1 package of lined paper

• 1 package of 5 dividers

• #?? bound limerick notebooks

• 1-Social Studies

• 1-Reading
  

• Earbuds (kept in zip lock storage pocketbook)

• Plastic piano accordion file folder with no fewer than 8 files & tabs ("Expanding Wallets")

• Pencil purse or box (A bag with 3 holes will fit in writing binder - just a thought)

• Pencils (lots of them!)

• Small-scale hand held pencil sharpener with cap

• Pencil top erasers or big eraser

• 2 packs of mail service-it notes (3x3- any color)

• Medium black Sharpie marker

• Different color highlighters (iii is enough, more is fine)

• Thin Expo Dry erase markers (depression odor)

• A sock for whiteboard erasing

• Correction record NO liquid white out immune (Yous may want to take a moment to show your kid how this is used. For many, information technology's the get-go fourth dimension.)

OPTIONAL SUPPLIES:

• Crayons, markers, colored pencils

• Manus Sanitizer

• Sweater or sweatshirt (with name on tag) to be left in classroom (rooms get chilly)

If you are unable to become these supplies by the start 24-hour interval of schoolhouse, Practice NOT  WORRY, there are plenty of materials in the classroom to share!!!!
